    Crystal Aji is an heirloom variety from Chile producing 3-4 inch long peppers with a unique flavor with hints of grapefruit. Some believe it to be more flavorful if harvested before fully mature, but they're excellent either way. Very prolific and yields will increase if peppers are harvested before they fully mature.
